Before I came here, I didn’t go to the dentist in over 11 years because of my fears. I would cry at the thought of even going to the dentist. My teeth were getting so bad and I was so insecure of my teeth that I would hide my smile. I decided to give this place a chance and it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. I expressed my fears and they were so unbelievably nice and comforting. I feel so much more confident, I haven’t smiled like this in years. 10/10 recommend

Refused to provide any cost estimate (even ballpark) for oral appliance on the phone. I know the specific model I need, but they seem to want give you the pitch in person under the guise of "oh we may recommend something different". Frustrating!
